| This project consisted of an 8,000 square foot upscale dining and sports bar located next to the water tower on University in Clive. The largest challenge with these types of projects are all of the specialty items required and the strenuous construction schedule set forth by nationally franchised restaurant corporations. Location: 12401 University Avenue Clive, IA Architect: Camargo Copeland Architects LLP 972-934-7600 Restaurant Owner: Andy Amin 515-232-0477 Project Manager: Matt Stence Site Superintendent: Dave Stratton Budget: $1,275,000 Schedule: Very stringent 120 day construction time called out for in the contract. We were able to successfully meet this timeline. |
