Current Responsibilities
Josh is the senior project estimator in the Rochon Corporation of Iowa office, as well as handling administrative duties to ensure that the same high level of quality is maintained on every company project. He checks submittals for every ongoing project, processes the necessary paperwork, and is in constant contact in regard to these matters with the design firm involved. Josh is particularly adept at reviewing and interpreting scopes of work submitted by subcontractors for any given project, and has an unrivaled track record for successful bids and contract procurement in both the public and private competitive bid forums.
Employment History
Josh has been professionally employed in the commercial construction industry for just over seven years now, with a breadth of experience that includes the positions of project manager, project field superintendent, project coordinator and cost estimator. Prior to joining Rochon Corporation in 2000, Josh was an estimator for Christensen Corp./Barton Douglas after completing construction and drafting classes at DMACC.
