Current Responsibilities
Dave is in his eighth year in the commercial construction industry with Rochon, and has over twenty years of professional marketing, sales management, and customer-relations experience. His responsibilities at Rochon Corporation involve cultivating and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, including owners, engineering and design firms, real estate brokers, and commercial developers. By working closely with Rochon’s project managers and other staff members, Dave helps to assemble project teams and design/build teams that are best suited to meet the objectives of the project and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. In a role that compliments his other responsibilities, Dave is in charge of strategic planning and maintenance of the company’s public relations and marketing activities, acting as a liaison for the company with current and prospective clients.
Employment History
From 1987 until joining Rochon Corporation in 2001, Dave held a number of positions in the automotive industry including sales, sales management, and finance management with Holmes Automotive Group, McKenna Company, and Medved Colorado. He was recognized by industry standards for excellence in the area of sales, management, and customer satisfaction for fourteen years running. Dave continues this quest for complete client satisfaction within the commercial construction industry and maintains his affiliations with IFMA and AIA Iowa Allied.
